NIOSA is just a lot of food booths and performers along
the streets of LaVillita. It's a great time, but it gets packed,
wall-to-wall people in a very short time. We were there at 5:30 p.m.
when the gates opened, but by 8:00 p.m. we had had enough and left.
The food is good (but overpriced). You can get any kind of food you
want on a stick or deep fried.
